Cultural Affairs Commission: Worldfest in collaboration with the Student Welfare Commission: Health, Nutrition, & Fitness and the Dashew Center for International Students & Scholars are launching Bruin in the Kitchen. Bruin in the Kitchen is a monthly cooking lesson dedicated to teaching students healthy and cultural recipes that are easily integrated into their daily lifestyle. Each month we will feature cuisine from a different country. We are kicking-off our program by exploring Japanese culture and nutrition through sushi making!
