THE CULTURAL PROGRAMMING FUND
Description: The Cultural Programming Fund can be used by any registered, undergraduate student group on campus to fund programs. These programs must be cultural in nature, either promoting cultural diversity and/or awareness. The Cultural Programming fund should be used only as a last resort AFTER you have applied to other funding sources. Allocated funds can ONLY finance honorariums and facilities for your program. Student groups can apply ONCE a quarter for a maximum amount of $1,000.

How to Apply: Please complete the application and turn it in to the mailbox located outside the Cultural Affairs office, Kerckhoff 311. Applicants must submit a hard copy as well as an electronic copy. Electronic copies should be submitted to the following email address: funding@culturalaffairsla.com. Proper documentation is required with the hard copy, but does not need to be submitted with the electronic copy. All applications are DUE three weeks prior to the date of the program.
Expectations: You will be contacted by the Commission within two weeks of submission of your application. If selected to receive funding, you are required to publicize Cultural Affairs through written and verbal publicity.
