Place to visit now: Bergamot Station!
Art Series, Blog — By CAC on January 7, 2012 9:46 pmBergamot Station is an amazing arts center in Santa Monica composed of over 30 galleries, The Santa Monica Museum of Art, and Bergamot cafe.
You could easily spend a day visiting all the galleries. From their website: “Bergamot Station provides a central location which allows visitors to park in one place and spend the day seeing art, rather than spending time driving from one gallery to the next.”
So awesome, and so convenient. Admission is free, Parking is free. The galleries are open Tuesday – Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 11am to 530pm.
I visited Charlie Roberts Choppy-World, which opened today, January 7, at the Richard Heller Gallery.
Charlie Robert’s paintings are a must-see! This show is open until February 18th.
