The Campus Events Commission and Cultural Affairs Commission host UCLA’s annual Bruin Bash, a kick-off celebration for the upcoming school year. This year, Bruin Bash starts the welcome week festivities in the legendary Pauley Pavilion with a concert at 8 p.m. featuring Clipse and LMFAO, followed by a dance at 10:30 p.m. with special guest DJ Skeet Skeet. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. Admission is free to all UCLA students; valid BruinCard is required for entry. If you don’t feel like dancing after the concert, at 11:30 p.m., the Campus Events Commission has a free sneak of Law Abiding Citizen in Ackerman Grand Ballroom.

CONCERT
8 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Pauley Pavilion
You won’t want to miss one of the biggest concerts at UCLA all year—and for free! Co-headlined by Clipse and LMFAO.

LOUNGE
9:30 p.m. – 2 a.m.
Pauley Pavilion, East Concourse
Hang out in the lounge area outside Pauley Pavilion. Get free food, take snapshots in the photo booth, and meet the stars of “Greek”!

DANCE
10:30 p.m. – 2 a.m.
Pauley Pavilion
Dance the night away with thousands of your fellow Bruins with special guest DJ Skeet Skeet.

MIDNIGHT MOVIE
11:30 p.m. – 2 a.m.
Ackerman Grand Ballroom
Catch a free sneak of Law Abiding Citizen (in theaters October 16)! Ticketing for the midnight movie will begin at 10:30pm at the bottom of the steps to Ackerman Union Patio (by Ackerman 1st floor and Kerckhoff Hall). You will be required to present a valid BruinCard in order to gain entrance to the movie. Seating at the movie will be extremely limited and will be done on a first come, first served basis.

ENORMOUS ACTIVITIES FAIR
10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Intramural Field
The Enormous Activities Fair has grown even larger this year! Nearly 500 organizations will be hosting booths where you can find out more about how to get involved at UCLA. The Enormous Activities Fair includes music, games, food, giveaways, and much more, all for free!

Ticketing Information:
Admission is free to all UCLA students with a valid BruinCard. Admittance to the movie, concert and dance are on a first come, first served basis. Please arrive early as seating and space are limited and not guaranteed.

Concert Floor Access Wristbands: Floor access for the concert portion will require a floor access wristband. Wristbands will be limited in number and will be given away starting on September 20, 2009 at 12:00pm NOON on the north concourse of Pauley Pavilion. If you do not have a valid BruinCard, you will not receive a floor access wristband. Access will be given to the concourse (fixed seating) levels in Pauley Pavilion with a valid BruinCard. A floor access wristband does not guarantee floor access for the dance.
